Little Boxes

My friend Cathy makes boxes.  She gave me a few she didn't want which are perfect for my buttons.  Unfortunately I need a few more haha..
Gorgeous Silk Glass buttons and the silver one is from Austria.  I found this at the Eastbourne Fair last weekend.  I could have shopped for hours at this stall!

I've used the containers that deodorants stand in at the supermarket
for now but will eventually put them on card.

Anyway I'm off to Three Buckets Full this morning as it's the only chance before Christmas.  I'm going to look through her buttons and work out what decades certain buttons were from.  It will take me a couple of hours hehe so I'll leave you with some photos of my collection in the boxes.

    Wow, it's wonderful that you spend time researching your buttons! I belong to our National and also our State of Colorado button societies, and we learn a lot from each other, too! I'm just as addicted as you are (maybe even more! Ha!) Thank you for visiting my blog! I hope you'll be back!
